Back in 1977 the God of tea called us, giving us the inspiration to open the Tea House. From here began a formidable adventure that still lasts today. Entering the world of tea was a real discovery because in addition to got us to know and appreciate the marvelous "treasures of the East", tea has opened up a world to us: in the simple ritual of preparation we discover that harmony and lightness, always sought, never found. Undoubtedly the numerous raids in India and in the East that we made at the time, following the footsteps of Marco Polo and Vasco da Gama, may have favoured the beginning of this journey. A beginning that gave us the spiritual strength to still be here after so many years. Almost unconsciously, we have always attributed this calling to Ti Kuan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy), and it is as if at that time we had obeyed a higher order by following the four teachings of the tea ceremony: respect, purity, harmony and tranquility .
